Is there a free trial?
The Real Estate Agent plan includes a free trial. Individual and Broker plans can be started at any time with a monthly subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your listing will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Are there commissions on bookings?
No. CoShareSpace does not take any commission on lease agreements. All rental income goes directly to the space owner. You only pay the monthly subscription fee.
What are lease template contracts?
We offer professionally drafted lease templates for time-block commercial arrangements. These are available for a one-off fee and help structure your agreement with renters.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
